• Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number, email and what you buy. You enter these at checkout.
• Payment details: these are handled by our checkout provider and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card details.
• Messages: anything you send us through our contact page, WhatsApp or phone.
• Cart information: your browser stores a cart reference and any custom sizes so your cart is still there when you come back.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, take payment, answer questions, handle returns and refunds, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

To run our store, we share only the information each of these providers needs:

• Shopify runs our cart, checkout and order records. Its payment partners process your payments.
• Delhivery receives your name, address and phone number so it can deliver your order.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send us through the contact form.
• Our website host serves this website and may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses.

We don't sell your personal information. We may also share it if the law requires us to.

The optional AI fit checker sends the breed or mix, resting measurements and sleeping style you submit to Lovable AI and its model provider to produce an estimate. Do not enter personal information. Bhoww does not save these inputs or assessments in a customer profile; service providers may keep technical request logs under their own policies.

We use browser storage that the site needs to work, for example to remember your cart. We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this site. If we add them, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

We only send you marketing messages if you've agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfil orders, handle returns and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you.

Payments are processed on Shopify's secure checkout. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and raise a complaint.
