You must be able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law, and your delivery address must be in India.

We describe our products and their dimensions as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Custom-size beds are made to the length and width you enter, with a fixed 4-inch height. Please check these carefully before you order.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Custom-size prices are calculated from the standard bed's price and confirmed by our system at checkout. Shipping is free.

Payments are processed through our secure Shopify checkout. You'll see the payment methods available to you at checkout.

When you place an order, you're offering to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price is clearly wrong, the item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Any discount or offer applies only under the conditions shown with it, and only if it's applied at checkout. Offers can't be exchanged for cash.

The Bhoww name, logo, images and text on this website belong to Bhoww or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that can't be excluded.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first, and we'll try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. You may also approach the consumer forums available under Indian law.
